Munaza is an experienced regulatory attorney who provides counsel to health care companies and executives. She handles matters involving compliance, ethical and privacy standards, digital health, and legal exposure.

Munaza helps clients achieve regulatory compliance pertaining to the Pharmacy Practice Act, the Controlled Substances Act, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as Food and Drug Administration (FDA) laws and policies on compounding pharmaceuticals and prescription drug distribution.

Prior to joining Much, Munaza was at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation for nearly nine years, where she served most recently as associate general counsel. In that role, Munaza advised medical, dental, and pharmacy boards on a wide range of health care matters.
